Ingredients
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained and chopped)
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 cup heavy cream
12 ounces uncooked pasta (penne or fusilli)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving
Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
Heat olive oil and butter in a large pot over medium heat
Add chicken and cook until golden, 5-7 minutes per side
Remove chicken, add garlic to pot, sauté for 1 minute
