Ingredients
12 halal beef meatballs (frozen or fresh)
2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown gravy mix (beef-based halal)
1 tbsp onion soup mix
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (non-alcoholic)
1 tbsp minced garlic (optional)
Coarse salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Thaw frozen meatballs if needed; drain thoroughly
Place meatballs in slow cooker
Combine broth, ketchup, gravy mix, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic in a bowl
Pour sauce over meatballs in slow cooker
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours
Season with salt and pepper before serving
