Ingredients
6 cups chopped mixed greens (romaine, lettuce)
1 cup halal beef salami slices
1 cup cubed fresh mozzarella
1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup pitted black olives
1/2 cup shaved provolone cheese
1/4 cup chopped marinated artichokes
Dressing: 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp honey, 1 clove minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions
Wash and dry greens thoroughly
Dice or slice all蔬菜 and cheese into 1/2-inch pieces
Dice salami and provolone into small cubes
In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, and garlic
Toss greens in a large bowl
Add salami, mozzarella, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and artichokes
Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine
Sprinkle Parmesan if using

Use halal-certified beef salami
Substitute apple cider vinegar for wine vinegar
Make ahead up to 4 hours, cover with plastic
