Ingredients

½ cup breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
Combine chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, red onion, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl until fully incorporated.
Form mixture into 15-20 meatballs, depending on desired size.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook meatballs until golden browned, 3-4 minutes per side.
