Description

A vibrant summer salad pairing ripe peaches and creamy burrata with a fresh herb honey vinaigrette. Perfect for warm evenings, this dish balances sweet, tangy, and herbal notes with a colorful, nourishing presentation.

Ingredients

2 ripe peaches, sliced
1 ball burrata cheese, torn
1 cup small tomato halves
1/2 cup fresh cherries, halved
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Wash and slice peaches; halve cherries and tomatoes.
Tear burrata into large pieces and arrange on a platter.
Add peaches, tomatoes, cherries, and basil leaves to the platter.
In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, honey/agave, vinegar, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle vinaigrette over salad and serve immediately.

Notes

Use fully ripe peaches for maximum sweetness.
Chill burrata 1-2 hours before serving for a refreshing contrast.
Adjust vinaigrette thickness by adding more oil or vinegar as needed.
