Description

A cozy 25-minute dish blending smoky Cajun spices, sweet honey, and creamy butter to create a bold, comforting pasta. Tender chicken, al dente fettuccine, and a tangy sauce deliver restaurant-quality results with minimal effort.

Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup unsalted butter
2 tbsp honey
¼ cup heavy cream
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup cooked spinach
Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and Cajun seasoning; cook for 5-6 minutes until golden and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and let melt. Stir in honey, heavy cream, garlic, and lemon juice. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens.
Toss cooked pasta and cooked spinach into the skillet. Mix well to coat in the sauce.
Serve warm, garnished with Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste—start with 1½ tbsp for milder heat.
Use gluten-free pasta for a dietary adaptation.
Leftovers store well in the fridge for 2-3 days in an airtight container.
