Description

A creamy no-bake dessert combining whipped cream cheese, fresh strawberries, and a buttery pretzel-pecan crust. This layers of smoothness and crunch make it a summer favorite for all ages.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups crushed pretzels
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Combine crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl
Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth
Spread cream cheese mixture over the pretzel crust
Top with sliced strawberries
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden around the edges
Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving

Notes

For best texture, chill for 2-3 hours before serving
Can add a pinch of nutmeg or allspice to the crust for warmer flavor
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
